Role and Accountabilities: This role will support the organization as a member of the IT and Communications Team. This role will support with daily IT tasks, queries, and projects. Some of the accountabilities of this role include the following: Daily Support Tasks: Supporting the provision of hardware Supporting day-to-day internal queries across the organization Connecting and communicating with our IT external partners Supporting our Microsoft Mitigation Project Supporting General IT tasks Supporting with Systems and Website maintenance Technical Support: Providing desktop support to Compass users both remotely and in person, including software, hardware, and troubleshooting. Having a Network Operation Center level support of workstations to maintain proper patching and to address issues pre-emptively. Providing M365 support including licensing and security management. Performing employee onboarding and offboarding as per company procedure Supporting the network, including network diagnostics and optimization, gateway and wireless management. Deploying laptops and mobile devices. Adding of devices to management consoles to allow for effective management. Travelling to program locations as needed to troubleshoot issues and deploy equipment. Being on call after hours support based on a predetermined schedule. To be determined. IT Administration: Maintaining device inventory. Adding deployed and removing retired devices Purchasing of equipment for programs. Developing and maintaining relationships with product vendors and MSPs. Working closely with Compass leads and admin staff on IT projects and budgets.
