Looking to start your career in IT? We’re hiring an entry-level IT Support Representative who enjoys helping people and solving technical issues. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
In this position, you’ll provide first-level technical support to employees or customers, assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, set up computers and user accounts, and keep accurate records of support tickets. When issues are more complex, you’ll escalate them to the appropriate team.
The right candidate has strong communication skills, basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365, and a customer-focused attitude. A diploma or certification in IT is an asset, but not required.
