Role Purpose: The IT Product Operation Expert is responsible for supporting the operational performance of digital products and ride-hailing platform features in the local market. This role acts as the bridge between local operations teams and product/engineering teams to ensure efficient product implementation and optimization. Key Responsibilities: Product Operations Management Monitor daily operational performance of ride-hailing products and internal operational tools. Coordinate product rollouts, feature testing, and operational implementation in the local market. Collect operational feedback and collaborate with Product teams to improve user experience. Operational Support & Coordination Support driver onboarding systems, customer operations tools, and internal digital workflows. Identify operational issues impacting product performance and coordinate resolution with technical teams. Prepare operational reports and product performance insights for management. User Experience & Process Improvement Analyze user behavior and operational data to identify optimization opportunities. Support implementation of new operational processes and product enhancements. Ensure smooth communication between local operations and regional product teams. Incident & Issue Management Investigate platform incidents affecting drivers, customers, or internal users. Coordinate with Engineering and Technology teams for issue resolution and root-cause analysis. Track and follow up on product-related incidents and operational escalations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields. 3–5 years of experience in product operations, digital operations, or platform support. Experience working with technology products, ride-hailing platforms, or digital services is preferred. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
