Role Purpose: The Technology Expert is responsible for supporting and optimizing the company’s technology infrastructure and operational systems in the local market. This role focuses on system administration, technical operations, troubleshooting, and supporting business continuity for internal teams and ride-hailing operations. Key Responsibilities: Technology Operations & System Support Monitor and maintain IT systems, applications, and operational tools to ensure stable daily operations. Support infrastructure performance, system configurations, and technical maintenance activities. Coordinate with the Technology Operations Manager to implement operational improvements and system upgrades. Incident & Technical Support Investigate and resolve technical issues related to internal systems and operational platforms. Provide technical support for employees and operational teams. Escalate complex technical issues to regional or global technology teams when required. Infrastructure & Security Support Support implementation of IT security policies and operational compliance standards. Monitor system access, security risks, and operational vulnerabilities. Assist in maintaining data protection and system reliability standards. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Operations, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure stable platform operations. Support onboarding and operational systems for drivers and internal users. Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers when necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or system administration. Familiarity with networking systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications. Experience in fast-paced technology or mobility companies is preferred.
