Responsibilities: Support and maintain internal IT applications and systems. Participate in the development and enhancement of software solutions. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Provide support to end users regarding IT applications and systems. Participate in testing new features, updates, and system improvements. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports. Requirements: Fresh graduates or candidates who have recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. Basic understanding of software development principles. Experience with Microsoft Azure will be considered a strong advantage. Understanding of IT systems, applications, and business processes. English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. No prior full-time work experience required.
