Role Summary
We are hiring for "
IT Asset Management Analyst"
where the selected candidate will support PC lifecycle operations with a focus on hardware asset management, inventory tracking, and operational workflows. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth asset lifecycle processes and data accuracy across systems.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily PC lifecycle operations including asset disposition, refresh requests, and device tracking
Manage and respond to tickets, intake queues, and shared inbox requests
Track hardware inventory across office locations and external vendor partners
Maintain and update asset data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems
Clean and standardize operational datasets to improve reporting quality
Create and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and process guides
Support user acceptance testing for system and process enhancements
Collaborate with global teams to provide operational support across different time zones
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on inventory, device trends, and operational metrics
Assist with updating asset records and aligning financial tracking data
Help maintain hardware standards, catalogs, and vendor-related documentation
Track device availability, pricing, and supply-related information
Must-Have Skills
Experience in hardware
asset management
and
IT asset lifecycle
operations
Strong understanding of supply chain logistics related to IT hardware
Experience working with
ticketing
systems
, intake queues, and shared inbox workflows
Hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow or similar
ITSM
platforms
Familiarity with A
irTable, Power BI
, and
Excel
for tracking and reporting
Strong data management, reporting, and documentation skills
Experience supporting
UAT
and process validation activities
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to support global operations across multiple time zones
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience working with
SAP
or similar financial systems
Exposure to vendor or reseller coordination
Familiarity with hardware catalogs, laptop standards, or peripheral management
Experience supporting global
PC lifecycle operations
