Position Summary We are looking for a dedicated IRD Waiter (Night Shift) to provide exceptional In-Room Dining service in accordance with Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton standards. The role is responsible for delivering food and beverages to guest rooms during overnight operations while ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and professionally. Provide personalized service and respond efficiently to guest requests during overnight hours. Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and presented according to hotel standards. Process orders through the POS system and maintain accurate billing. Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings. Follow proper food, beverage, liquor, and wine service standards. Complete opening, closing, and side duties as assigned. Maintain cleanliness of service areas, trolleys, trays, equipment, and guest service stations. Coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Front Office, and other departments to ensure seamless service. Attend departmental trainings and meetings as required. Requirements Previous Food & Beverage service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment. In-Room Dining experience is an advantage. Good communication and guest service skills. Ability to work independently during night shifts in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of POS systems, food safety, and hygiene standards. Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards. English language proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
