Practical knowledge of investment fund structures, capital-raising processes, investor onboarding, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Understanding of legal and regulatory aspects of fund establishment, including licensing, compliance, and operational considerations. Familiarity with the mining project lifecycle, including exploration, licensing, permitting, development, and production stages. Professional growth at the intersection of investment, fund structuring, capital markets, natural resources, and project development. Opportunity to work on innovative initiatives designed to improve access to capital and accelerate the growth of Kazakhstan’s mining ecosystem. Join us in shaping a platform that connects capital with opportunity, mobilizes investment into Kazakhstan’s natural resources sector, and supports the next generation of mining projects.
