YOUR TASKS Overseeing inventory management activities, including the coordination of shipping, receiving, and traffic management Work closely with all departments to coordinate inventory-related tasks and maintain order accuracy Monitoring and evaluating employee performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback Develop and maintain cycle count and inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels Document, update, and ensure adherence to inventory procedures and quality standards Maintain appropriate levels of inventory supplies and equipment for operational efficiency Update and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS), Kronos, and relevant metrics in Excel Conduct variance investigations and complete audit documentation to ensure inventory accuracy
