Purpose: This is a structured 2-month training program designed to take you from zero Anaplan experience to working as a fully-fledged Anaplan Model Builder on a real client project. During the program, you'll be mentored by experienced Model Builders and Solution Architects, complete official Anaplan certification training, and practice on realistic business scenarios — before transitioning into an active project role. Program structure: Months 1–2: Structured onboarding — Anaplan Level 1 & Level 2 certification training, hands-on practice models, mentorship sessions, and simulated client workshops After successful completion: Transition into an active client project as an Anaplan Model Builder, with continued support from your mentor during the first weeks on the job What you'll be doing after the training period: Design, build, and maintain models on the Anaplan platform to support business processes and decision-making Translate business requirements into functional models Collaborate with business stakeholders and consultants to ensure models are aligned with business needs Perform testing and troubleshooting of models Document processes and model-building steps Participate in workshops to gather requirements and present solutions Requirements: ~1 year of experience in IT, business analysis, or a related field Strong analytical skills and attention to detail — comfortable working with structured data and logic Solid working knowledge of Excel (formulas, structured data) Genuine interest in business planning processes (S&OP, Supply Chain, Finance, or Production) — no prior Anaplan experience required, we'll teach you Ability to learn fast, work independently, and thrive in an Agile, self-organized environment Proficiency in English (C1 or higher) We offer: A structured path from zero to certified Anaplan Model Builder, fully paid and mentored Salary during the 2-month training program, with an increase upon successful completion and transition into the project role Salary is discussed individually, based on your prior work experience Official Anaplan certification training as part of the program (Level 1, Level 2) An opportunity to shape the business strategies of a multinational group from day one on the project A highly autonomous work environment with shared ownership and minimal hierarchy Work from anywhere: remotely, in the office in Almaty, or in a hybrid format All essential work equipment provided (laptop, headphones, accessories) 4 additional days-off (in addition to 28 vacation days and 14 sick leave days)
