Role Overview Royal Columbian Hospital is seeking a clinical Endocrinologist to provide inpatient and outpatient care as part of a capable team of seven endocrinologists, supported by two inpatient endocrine nurse practitioners and one inpatient diabetes nurse educator. Responsibilities Manage inpatient general endocrinology including diabetes, pituitary, neuroendocrine and thyroid conditions. Maintain the highest standards of safe clinical and professional practice. Collaborate collegially with hospital staff involved in day‑to‑day care of endocrine patients. Lead and support initiatives for glycemic control and diabetes education. Supervise, mentor and teach medical students, residents and fellows. Participate in weekly endocrinology CME rounds. Provide on‑call coverage as per the established endocrinology on‑call roster. Qualifications Eligible for FRCPC in Endocrinology & Metabolism. Eligible for licensure in British Columbia. Additional training beyond fellowship not required, but a special area of interest is an asset. Compensation Compensation Type: Fee‑for‑Service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
