Internal Auditor at METRO Cash&Carry (Kazakhstan) — NeverHard

Обязанности: Participate in operational, financial, compliance, and process audits. Conduct interviews with process owners and key stakeholders. Review policies, procedures, contracts, and supporting documentation. Perform walkthroughs and test internal controls. Identify control weaknesses, process inefficiencies, and compliance gaps. Document audit observations and supporting evidence. Contribute to the preparation of audit reports and management presentations. Analyze business and transactional data to identify anomalies, trends, and risk indicators. Support the development of data-driven audit approaches. Perform analytical reviews using available reporting and BI tools. Track implementation of agreed corrective actions. Validate completion and effectiveness of measures. Support reporting of audit results and action plan status. Contributes to the development of audit methodologies, tools, and risk assessment approaches. Share best practices and improvement opportunities with business stakeholders. Требования: Strong internal candidates with deep business process knowledge are priority. University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. 3 years of experience in FMCG, Retail, Wholesale, Supply Chain, Finance, Controlling, Operations, Compliance, Loss Prevention, or Internal Audit. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand end-to-end business processes. Experience working with large datasets. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with SAP and reporting/BI tools is an advantage. Regular travel to stores and warehouses across Kazakhstan.
