What are your contributions to the team?
Organize and coordinate educational events, including company visits and activities to raise awareness of aviation-related professions.
Create communication materials to promote initiatives externally and internally
Manage event logistics, including bookings, invitations and promotional material
Monitor and analyze the impact of events, collect data on participation rate and feedback from collaborators
Collaborate with internal teams (Human Resources, Marketing, Operations) to ensure consistency and strategic alignment of educational initiatives
Support recruitment initiatives by facilitating the involvement of young talent in our internship and work-study programs
How to thrive in this role?
You are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Political science, Marketing, Communication or other
You are meticulous and have a rigorous work ethic
You are organized: able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, manage several tasks simultaneously
You are autonomous and proactive
You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
You have excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both official languages (English and French)
You have good interpersonal skills: ability to work as part of a team and to be professional in stressful situations

Duration: 4 months
Flexible workplace-Hybrid
It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
