Dream is looking for an Intern, Client Services & Office Leasing (8 month)!
We are always looking for the best and brightest to join our thriving community. Dream’s Tenant Experience & Office Leasing team is currently looking to hire an Intern, Client Services & Office Leasing, starting in September 2026.

What experience will you gain?
Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role:
Assist the Client Services team in:
Create and send Bi-weekly client updates;
Setup and curate monthly programming – this includes coffee promotions, things going on in the city, items we want to share about our buildings, etc.;
Develop a monthly content calendar to ensure we communicate items that satisfy our GRESB/BOMA impact goals;
Plan and execute Client Events;
Update Tenant Manuals (this is our building-specific document that outlines our building's policies and procedures);
Work with Client Services on planning promotions or ways to engage with our clients in various buildings;
Assist with Client Service coordination;
Support upcoming Sustainability, Property Management, Leasing and Impact initiatives;
Conduct annual Tenant Surveys;
Assist the Office Leasing team in:
Drafting of various leasing documentation as required by the leasing team;
Maintaining and ordering floor plans through space plan provider, as required and uploading updated floorplans to website and internal server;
Organize and distribute information (floor plans, marketing materials, leases etc) to brokers and tenants as required;
Gather, coordinate and distribute all relevant information and files for internal teams, and externally for listing teams on various assets (including offers/LOIs, Leases, marketing material, M+E specs, signage, ongoing negotiations and prospects, etc.);
Point of contact responsible for liaising with the marketing team ensuring they have the supplies, marketing materials, and information they require for all Office and Retail related projects; and
Any other administrative tasks to support the leasing team, as required.
This role is a great way to get exposure to commercial real estate, leasing, and interact with our clients and internal stakeholders. You will learn the various aspects of the business and help us communicate with them. We're looking for someone personable and a strong communicator, with exposure to sending out marketing or creating content on social platforms.
What type of experience do you have?
The ideal candidate will be proactive, optimistic, and have worked in a dynamic environment where they have experience dealing with multiple priorities and have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Event Planning, or related field;
Experience with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with social media platforms;
Flexible work availability/hours; and
You will be required to be on-site and work at both the office and at our buildings.
