What You Bring:
Education:
Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent technical training
Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience in architectural technology
Software Skills:
Proficiency in
SketchUp, AutoCAD, MS Office
, with knowledge of
AutoCAD LT, Revit, and SketchUp
Your Role:
As a key player in the design and execution process, you will:
Operate cutting-edge
computer-assisted design systems
Assist in the
development of architectural designs
across residential, industrial, commercial, and institutional projects
Analyze technical documents and reports
to ensure precision in execution
Prepare detailed
working drawings, graphics, and presentation materials
Construct 3D digital models
to bring concepts to life
Collaborate closely with project teams to
read and edit specifications
Oversee
minor contract administration
to keep projects on track
Beyond the Blueprints:
Assist in preparing
proposals and tender contracts
Supervise and mentor
junior architectural technical staff
Monitor and inspect work for quality control
Contribute to space planning, interior design, and renovation projects
