We are seeking an Intermediate Architectural Technologist to join our Transit team within the Buildings Group (C2 Architecture Inc) in our Mississauga or Bowmanville office, in a hybrid work model.
As an Intermediate Architectural Technologist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career in a collaborative, team-based environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to a wide range of transit projects both municipal, provincial and federal.
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the project team to prepare conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and construction documents for a variety of projects.
Assist in integrating multi-disciplinary input into the design process, including working with specialists in areas such as traffic engineering, transportation safety, and geotechnical engineering.
Support the preparation of presentation materials and renderings for client and public consultations.
Aid with contract administration services and/or construction inspection as needed.
Participate in internal and external professional development opportunities to continue building architectural knowledge and skills.
Contribute to the creation of written materials, such as proposals, design briefs, meeting reports, and other non-drafting tasks related to the architectural design process.
Assist with design development and reviews for ongoing projects.
