Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: PACT (Pearson Accelerator Construction Team) is a General Partnership of Alberici, Amico, Kenaidan, and Obayashi, supported by design partners Egis, Mott MacDonald, and Weston Williamson + Partners. Together, we are delivering Accelerator, a major program ofPearson LIFT(Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals), Toronto Pearson's infrastructure development plan. This multi-year program is designed to address immediate passenger growth demands while preparing Canadas largest airport for the future of air travelincluding critical upgrades to airfield and infrastructure, greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, modernization of Terminals 1 and 3, and the creation of a world-class passenger experience. JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Program Integration & Performance Manager to join our PACT team. The program is being delivered using a Progressive Design-Build Model, requiring integration across evolving design, commercial, and delivery inputs. The successful candidate will lead program integration efforts, establish performance frameworks, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results across the PACT program. You will be responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and alignment to program performance reporting, ensuring leadership has accurate, consistent, and defensible information to support decision-making and client engagement. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the integration of multiple programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with business strategy and priorities. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery. Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities across programs and implement mitigation strategies. Serve as a central point of contact for program governance and communication. Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks. Monitor program performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights. Drive data-informed decision-making across teams and leadership. Prepare executive-level reports on program outcomes, progress, and risks. Identify process inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives. Standardize best practices and frameworks for program delivery. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and quality standards. Partner with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, HR, finance, and operations. Facilitate alignment meetings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions. Communicate program vision, progress, and outcomes effectively to diverse audiences. Build strong relationships to drive collaboration and accountability. Support development of team capabilities in performance management and program delivery. Provide coaching and guidance to program leads and team members. Promote a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and collaboration. WORKING CONDITIONS The position will be based at our office or site office in Mississauga, Ontario, with frequent visits to the Airport site as required. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday during regular office or site hours. At times, operational needs may require work outside these hours, with reasonable notice provided. All schedule or oncall adjustments will comply with applicable employment standards legislation. It is mandatory for all employees to complete a Criminal Background check and successfully attain a Restricted Access Identity Card (RAIC) upon joining the company. DESIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field. 8+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure programs (aviation, transit, or similar) Experience working in a Progressive Design-Build or similarly phased delivery or program wide model is an asset. Strong understanding of project controls, reporting, and performance management. Ability to synthesize incomplete inputs into clear, executive-ready outputs. Experience working across multiple stakeholders in a joint venture or consortium environment. Experience with tools, such as Primavera P6, Power BI, and Excel (conceptual understanding expected) is considered an asset. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
