As a
Telecommunications Tower Inspector/Installer
, you will play a key role in the evaluation, verification, and documentation of telecommunications structures in Montréal and surrounding regions. You will help ensure the safety, compliance, and longevity of critical infrastructure supporting telecommunications networks across Canada.
Your Impact
Conduct tower and rooftop site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
Perform field surveys and collect technical data to support analysis
Assess the feasibility of structural modifications
Prepare technical reports based on steel structure drawings and field observations
Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to technical standards and client requirements
Organize and maintain project documentation
Work at heights in varied conditions while following health and safety standards
Use a company-provided vehicle to carry out inspections
The Skills That Set You Apart
1 to 3 years of experience in steel structures or telecommunications structures
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong technical report writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments
Valid driver’s license and schedule flexibility
Valid ASP Construction card
Bilingual (French/English) to effectively support and collaborate with a national client

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $57,500 – $76,200
MB & ON: $52,500 – $76,200
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $52,000 – $69,000
