Inside Sales Representative / Sleep Support Advisor (15 Months contract) Brockville, ON, Canada | req29069 The Inside Sales Rep / Sleep Support Advisor is responsible for receiving and processing client walk-in or phone orders, inquiries, and/or issues covering items or products ordered along with showroom sales and inquiries from walk-in clients. Accountable for meeting sales targets associated with Linde Canada's sleep business. What you will enjoy doing* In this role, you will educate clients on CPAP therapy and ensure proper fitting of CPAP equipment Collaborate with the Territory Manager and Customer Service team to meet store sales and margin targets Further, you will work with Sleep Labs to ensure client therapy needs are met and government billing forms are completed and submitted on time Perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, tracking order status or product shipments, and resolving issues You shall stock shelves and set up in-store promotional materials Engage with vendors to help educate all staff on CPAP therapy products You will be accountable for providing complete and accurate account setup and pricing data, maintaining the ongoing accuracy of customer information Collect payments to ensure customer accounts remain current What makes you great* You are a high school graduate with a proven work history focused on customer satisfaction Ability to up-sell products and services to support sales growth Demonstrated customer service excellence with excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills You possess strong time management skills, able to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and follow through on tasks Results-oriented and organized, with the drive to exceed sales and margin targets and manage priorities effectively Also, you have the ability to build and manage relationships with current and new customers, as well as referral sources Safety-conscious, self-motivated team player, able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Why you will love working with us At Medigas, the healthcare division of Linde Canada, Inc., you’ll join talented and diverse people throughout Canada, all working hard to make a difference in our client’s lives and make our organization successful.
