Job Description At MEDFAR, the Inside Sales Associates are responsible for qualifying and assigning business opportunities from inbound channels. The objective of this role is to provide prompt assistance to our prospects, quickly identify business opportunities and customer needs, and support them in the best possible way throughout their purchasing journey. In a market where relationships matter, we value active listening and individuals who are committed to contributing to our clients’ success. After a tailored onboarding period designed to train you on MEDFAR's products and services, as well as the Quebec healthcare sector, your main responsibilities will include: You will be responsible for achieving revenue growth targets from new clients by providing effective assistance to potential clients from inbound channels (phone line, website, chatbot, etc.), notably by applying a qualification and assignment process. In collaboration with the marketing and sales teams, you will be responsible for establishing and monitoring key performance indicators for inbound channels and developing a tactical and strategic plan to meet and exceed your sales objectives. You will make introductory calls to potential clients to identify their needs in detail and ensure a smooth handoff of opportunities to account managers. You will be involved in planning the sales process for potential clients in order to maximize our chances of success. You will be involved in the planning and deployment of an automation project aimed at providing an interactive and autonomous purchasing experience for our potential clients. In collaboration with the Sales Representatives, you will contribute to the prospecting strategy for certain market segments using sales activities such as cold calling and email outreach. Any other related tasks.
