Hybrid (4 days on-site) Pay Rate: $50 - $55/hr Must Haves Proven experience supporting large-scale VM migration projects in enterprise production environments Hands-on experience with virtualization and migration technologies including Red Hat OpenShift, SUSE Harvester, and/or Proxmox VE Experience working with hypervisors such as VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or similar platform Strong understanding of Linux and/or Windows server environments Experience executing migrations during controlled maintenance windows with minimal business disruption Demonstrated ability to follow operational procedures, runbooks, and change management processes with a high degree of accuracy and discipline Prior experience operating within vendor/client delivery models preferred Experience supporting hybrid cloud or infrastructure modernization initiatives preferred Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
