Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Automation Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will drive automation, efficiency, and infrastructure engineering excellence. Responsibilities Develop automation solutions supporting BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments. Support modernization initiatives for banking systems, citizen services platforms, OSS/BSS systems, billing platforms, and telecom infrastructure. Build Infrastructure as Code, automation frameworks, and self-service capabilities. Implement automation for provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and operational support. Support telecom infrastructure, customer platforms, network operations, and 5G environments. Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams. Improve infrastructure reliability, efficiency, and operational performance. Implement observability, monitoring, and automation frameworks. Ensure compliance with governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement and infrastructure standardization efforts. Required Qualifications Experience as an Infrastructure Automation Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS, billing, charging, or telecom platforms. Strong experience with automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code. Experience with cloud and infrastructure technologies. Understanding of governance, compliance, privacy, and security requirements. Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
