Description
The Access to Care program has an opening for a full-time contract (12 Months) Information Specialist position within the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program (OSP). The OSP team provides evidence based individual and group-based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) within CAMH and off-site at community locations including primary care. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of administrative tasks. Duties will include:
Responsibilities
Clinical & Intake Support: Act as first point of contact; support referrals and triage of referrals to partner sites, scheduling, intake screening, and clinical information flow; maintain accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality.
Information & Data Management: Maintain clinical and program databases; ensure data integrity; prepare reports, statistics, and summaries; support quality improvement and research needs.
Administrative & Operational Coordination: Coordinate appointments, meetings, staffing schedules, supplies, and unit operations; prepare agendas, minutes, and program documentation.
Program & Team Support: Provide administrative and technical support to clinicians and leadership; support virtual care platforms; adapt to changing clinical priorities.
Professional Practice & Customer Service: Uphold privacy legislation and organizational policies; provide culturally sensitive, high-quality service; work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social sciences, health studies, or a related field.
• 1 to 2+ years of relevant administrative or clinical support experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Knowledge of privacy legislation and handling of confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Experience in mental health, addictions, inpatient, geriatric, or virtual care settings.
• Experience with systems such as iCARE, REDCap,
• Digital Health support experience.
• Data analysis, and reporting
• Bilingualism (French/English) or proficiency in another language is an asset
Salary Range
: $29.67-36.57 per hour
