Position: Information Security Engineer II Location: Montr al QC H3A 2A6 Duration: 6 Months Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: Onsite Shift: 08:00 am to 05:00 pm Responsibilities: Assist with defining the technical solution and adapt the remediation to local (Americas) specificities Formalize and draft processes with associated controls Archiving Manual and bulk tagging Use of LLM tool to classify Quarantine processes (file level and share level) Ensure that all stakeholders (business owners, 2nd Line, CISO ) are aligned with the proposed processes Help with the first remediation campaign for the AMER region, and handover to the headcount that will perform the controls as "business as usual". Minimum Required Qualifications: Strong analytical and documentation skills, communication skills (comfortable speaking with all levels of management), proficient in MS office suite (Technical background a plus, Python scripting abilities a plus) Experience in data classification, and in procedure/control design Knowledge in shared drives, SharePoint structure and data ownership governance Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment (prior knowledge of the Client CIB environment is a plus) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in science or related field preferred Info Security experience preferred Knowledge of scripting/automation preferred Candidate Success Factors: Candidates are measured on the following four performance drivers, which will dictate how individual impact is considered on the Americas platform: Results and Impact Able to influence peers and team.
