ABOUT THE ROLE As an Infant Sleep Specialist with The Goodnight Baby Co, you'll provide professional overnight care for newborns and infants (typically birth to 6 months). While parents sleep, you'll handle nighttime feedings, diaper changes, and soothing—ensuring babies are safe, comfortable, and developing healthy sleep habits. This isn't just babysitting. You'll be a trusted professional supporting families through one of the most vulnerable and precious times in their lives.
