Salary: from $42-$47* per hour *experience related

We're looking for a
Registered Occupational Therapist
who enjoys thinking creatively, solving problems, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to help employees stay healthy, productive, and at work.

What You'll Do
Assess and treat employees with physical, cognitive, and mental health concerns
Complete workplace assessments, ergonomic reviews, and job demands analyses
Develop accommodation and return-to-work plans
Perform Functional Abilities Evaluations (FAEs)
Support workplace injury prevention and employee wellness initiatives
Collaborate with healthcare providers, Health & Safety, and Human Resources
What You Bring
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience in musculoskeletal, hand therapy, workplace rehabilitation, or industrial settings is an asset
