Job Description Pay: $33–$42/hr base pay (based on experience) + year end bonus + $2/hr shift differential for hours worked 5pm-5am Average Annual: $85K–$107K Night Shift: Monday-Thursday 5pm-5am Location : Douglassville, PA (Serving Reading, Pottstown, Royersford, Phoenixville, Limerick, Elverson, Exeter, Birdsboro, Boyertown, and surrounding areas) Job Description: Troubleshoot using electrical schematics and multimeter/megger to diagnose electrical issues. Properly size components and cabling for new electrical systems. Reads and understands wiring diagrams to trace electrical circuits; IO’s, OL’s, contactors, relays, break resisters and various other electrical components. Maintain, install, troubleshoot VFDs, programmable sensors, SCADA, HMI, and PLCs. Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace mechanical components such as motors, gear boxes, drive chains, sprockets, sheaves, pulleys, rollers, conveyor belts, bearings, and augers. Test malfunctioning machinery, identify parts needed and complete repairs. Repair, install and dismantle machinery and equipment according to plans which involves working at heights, climbing ladders and using mobile equipment (cranes, forklift, scissor lift, etc.). Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pressure issues, large cylinders, sensors, proportional valves, solenoids & pumps. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes. Document and perform all preventative maintenance tasks as required to maintain equipment dependability. Perform other duties as assigned.
