Build & Assemble • Assist with the build and assembly of filtration equipment and components • Work alongside the Engineering and shop teams to prep and finish products • Use power tools and hand tools safely and confidently Repair & Maintain • Perform basic repair and maintenance work on equipment and shop tools • Support troubleshooting of mechanical issues as they come up • Keep tools and equipment organized and in good working order Keep the Shop Running • Perform general custodial and housekeeping duties to keep the shop clean, safe, and organized • Move, lift, and organize materials and inventory as needed • Follow all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out where applicable Requirements • Comfortable using power tools and hand tools • Mechanically inclined, with an interest in how things are built and fixed • Willingness to do physical work, including lifting, standing, and getting dirty • Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented • Prior shop, warehouse, or labour experience is an asset but not required Benefits • Long-term career growth in a fast-paced, hands-on environment • A safety-first culture that puts employee well-being first • Room to learn new skills and grow into more technical roles • A supportive team where your work is seen and valued
