Here's the role
The Individual Support Representative provides administrative support for all product lines through multiple channels, while working closely with the Operations Team, other departments, and external partners. Having an in-depth knowledge of GMS policies, procedures and technology, this position is key in assisting with creating solutions for client problems, processing work efficiently, and continually providing excellent customer experiences.
Position Responsibilities
Efficiently and accurately process requests across all product lines.
Provide administrative support to Customer Service Representatives & internal partners
Maintain expert knowledge of GMS policies and procedures.
Maintain expert knowledge of GMS Technology platforms.
Prioritize and manage daily work for the delivery of exceptional customer experience.
Support projects and user acceptance testing as required.

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
1-3 years administration background or equivalent industry experience.
