Bureau Veritas Kazakhstan Industrial Services LLP provides inspection, industrial, and engineering support services to clients throughout Kazakhstan and the Caspian region. Key Responsibilities Prepare, coordinate, and submit technical and commercial tender proposals. Support pre-qualification processes and maintain required documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for tender submissions. Ensure timely submission of complete, accurate, and compliant tender packages. Maintain tender records and support business development activities related to proposal preparation. Requirements Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in proposal coordination, tender administration, or bid management. Experience in preparing tender and pre-qualification submissions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills. Experience in Oil & Gas, Industrial Services, Engineering, Inspection, or similar industries will be considered an advantage. Fluency in English, Russian, and Kazakh .
