Closet Factory Charlotte is looking for confident, personable, and sales-driven professionals to help homeowners transform their spaces through custom-designed organization solutions. This is a sales career with a creative/design component. You'll build relationships, uncover what clients really need, create a customized solution - and confidently ask for the sale. You don't need closet or design experience. We'll teach you our products, design software, and process. What we can't teach as easily is the drive to win business, follow up, build relationships, and close. Training & Career Opportunity We don't expect you to walk in knowing how to design a custom closet. You'll receive hands-on training in our products, measuring, space planning, design software, pricing, and sales process. This is a 100% commission-based career, and there is a ramp-up period as you learn the business and build your pipeline.
