Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Engineer with strong expertise in SailPoint solutions to design, implement, and optimize identity governance and administration processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and/or IdentityIQ (IIQ), and a solid understanding of user lifecycle management, automation, and enterprise integrations. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and/or IdentityIQ (IIQ) Automate identity provisioning and deprovisioning processes across user lifecycle events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) Integrate and manage data/workflows between ServiceNow and SailPoint platforms Develop and maintain scalable, secure identity governance frameworks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce access controls and compliance policies Optimize and enhance cloud-based identity and security architectures Requirements: Proven experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and/or IdentityIQ (IIQ) Strong expertise in identity lifecycle management and provisioning automation Experience integrating SailPoint with platforms like ServiceNow Solid understanding of cloud identity, security principles, and best practices Ability to work independently and drive IAM strategy and implementation Preferred: Experience in enterprise IAM transformations or large-scale implementations Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO, GDPR)
