IBM Maximo Lead Technical Consultant Location: Calgary, Canada Work Model: Hybrid Job Summary Seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Lead Technical Consultant with expertise in the Utilities industry to lead and deliver end-to-end Maximo Application Suite solutions on OpenShift platforms. Job Description Minimum 12 years of hands-on IBM Maximo experience. Strong background in the Utilities sector Electric Gas Water or Energy. Proven expertise as a technical consultant and functional lead developer. Extensive experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite MAS including Application Resource Optimizer ARO. Skilled in Red Hat OpenShift platform administration and deployment. Experience leading complete Maximo implementations upgrades or transformations. Deep knowledge of Maximo configuration customization integrations and workflow development. Proficient with Maximo Integration Framework MIF Automation Scripts Java Jython scripting REST SOAP integrations. Solid database knowledge including Oracle SQL Server and DB2. Familiarity with cloud-native deployments containerized environments DevOps and CICD pipelines for MAS OpenShift. Strong communication stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities. IBM Maximo certifications is a plus. Roles and Responsibilities Lead design development and deployment of IBM Maximo Application Suite solutions Provide technical consulting and leadership across utility asset management processes Architect configure and support MAS environments on OpenShift Optimize and manage Application Resource Optimizer ARO within MAS Develop custom integrations configurations and automation aligned with business needs Oversee system upgrades deployments performance tuning and troubleshooting activities Collaborate closely with infrastructure operations and business teams to ensure solution alignment Mentor junior developers and enforce technical governance and best practices Drive adoption of DevOps practices and CICD pipelines within MAS OpenShift environments Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project success
