Job DescriptionJob Description HVAC / Refrigeration Supervisor - Edmonton, AB $58–$64/hr + RRSP Contribution + Tool Allowance + Company Vehicle This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced HVAC / Refrigeration Technician who’s ready to lead a small team while continuing to do what they do best—troubleshoot, repair and service commercial HVAC & refrigeration equipment. THE WORK Lead and mentor the Edmonton technician team and stay hands-on with service Troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration, HVAC units, boilers and related mechanical equipment Coordinate with Dispatch to schedule jobs and allocate technicians Lead safety training and maintain a strong safety culture Team development WHO THEY’RE LOOKING FOR Journeyman HVAC Refrigeration Technician certification Strong commercial refrigeration and HVAC mechanical experience Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Comfortable reading schematics and technical manuals Experience with equipment such as refrigeration systems, HVAC units, boilers, BMS and humidifiers Some leadership experience—crew lead, lead hand or informal team leadership counts Gas A is a strong asset WHY MAKE THE MOVE?
