HSE Supervisor at Tenaz Management — NeverHard

We are seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team for a 28/28 rotation schedule . The HSE Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining high standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance at the site, ensuring adherence to Kazakhstan legislation and company requirements. Key responsibilities include: Conducting HSE inspections, audits, and site safety observations. Identifying hazards and performing risk assessments. Investigating incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. Developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Conducting HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training for personnel. Monitoring compliance with HSE procedures and regulatory requirements. Preparing HSE reports and maintaining relevant documentation. Supporting a strong safety culture across site operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of HSE experience in Kazakhstan Oil & Gas production facilities (with relevant higher education). Minimum 6 years of relevant HSE experience for candidates without a related HSE degree. Valid Occupational Health & Safety certification according to Kazakhstan legislation. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards. English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above . Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in a site environment. Work conditions: Rotation: 28/28 Location: Atyrau city / site-based Transportation within Atyrau city provided. Rate: 2,339 KZT gross per hour .
