HSE Supervisor for Lifting and Rigging Location: Atyrau, Karabatan 5/2 Requirements: Higher education or technical diploma in HSE, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in industrial construction, petrochemical, chemical, manufacturing, or oil & gas projects. Minimum 3 years of experience supporting lifting and rigging operations. Strong knowledge of lifting activities, rigging practices, risk assessments, and safe work procedures. Experience working on large-scale industrial, petrochemical, manufacturing, EPC, or process plant construction projects. Experience supporting construction and installation activities within petrochemical or process plant environments will be considered an advantage. Good knowledge of Kazakhstan HSE legislation and international HSE standards. Relevant HSE certifications and training certificates will be considered an advantage.
