HSE Supervisor for Lifting and Rigging at Bolashak Atyrau — NeverHard

Duties: Ensure compliance with HSE requirements during all lifting and rigging operations. Monitor lifting activities and verify adherence to approved lifting plans, procedures, and risk assessments. Conduct regular inspections of lifting equipment, rigging gear, and work areas. Participate in incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Provide HSE guidance and support to supervisors, contractors, and personnel involved in lifting operations. Conduct safety observations, audits, toolbox talks, and site inspections. Promote and maintain a strong safety culture in accordance with Company and Client requirements. Ensure compliance with applicable Kazakhstan legislation and project HSE standards. Requirements: Higher education or technical diploma in HSE, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in industrial construction, petrochemical, chemical, manufacturing, or oil & gas projects. Minimum 3 years of experience supporting lifting and rigging operations. Strong knowledge of lifting activities, rigging practices, risk assessments, and safe work procedures. Experience working on large-scale industrial, petrochemical, manufacturing, EPC, or process plant construction projects. Experience supporting construction and installation activities within petrochemical or process plant environments will be considered an advantage. Good knowledge of Kazakhstan HSE legislation and international HSE standards. Relevant HSE certifications and training certificates will be considered an advantage. Conditions: Karabatan 5/2
