Responsibilities : • Support of HR processes for the retail network and head office. • Recruitment for stores and office positions: posting vacancies, conducting interviews, coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process, checking references, and preparing job offers. • Management of headcount planning and control of the HR budget. • Monitoring personnel costs and analyzing budget variances. • Coordination of payroll processes in cooperation with the Finance Department and payroll providers. • Regular interaction with stores, providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees. • Organization of onboarding programs for new employees and HR support for new store openings. • Administration of bonus and incentive programs, ensuring accuracy of calculations and payments. • Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and minimizing employment-related risks. • Preparation of HR reports on headcount, turnover, workforce planning, and other HR metrics. • Participation in projects related to corporate culture development, employee engagement, and organizational development. • Ensuring confidentiality of employee personal data and internal company information. Requirements: • University degree, • Minimum 6 years of HR experience, preferably in retail operations, • Fluent in English ( knowledge of Turkish is a plus) • Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, budgeting, payroll and HR operations, • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, • Strong planning, organization and coordination skills, • Strategic and analytical thinking mindset, • Ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities, • Good time management and problem-solving skills, • Willingness to travel regularly for store visits. Working conditions: • Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. • Hybrid work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (or 10:00–19:00). • 1 remote working day per week. • Timely salary payments. • Modern office located in the city center.
