About the Company international FMCG company operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are looking for a strong HR Manager who will take ownership of the full HR cycle and act as a true business partner. Key Responsibilities: HR Administration (HR Operations): Manage full-cycle HR administration (hiring, transfers, terminations, leaves, documentation) Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies Maintain accurate HR records and reporting Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment process Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs Proactively source and attract top talent Conduct interviews and manage candidate pipeline Employer Branding: Develop and support employer branding initiatives Enhance candidate experience Strengthen company visibility in the talent market Compensation & Benefits: Support and manage compensation and benefits processes Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis Participate in performance review and bonus processes Learning & Development: Identify training needs and organize learning activities Support employee development and growth Participate in performance management processes Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of HR experience Mandatory experience in FMCG industry Hands-on experience across all HR functions (Recruitment, HR Operations, C&B, L&D) Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Experience in an international company is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Languages: Fluent English – mandatory We Offer: Opportunity to work in an international environment High level of ownership and impact Competitive salary and benefits package Career growth opportunities
