Job Responsibilities: 1、Recruitment: Assist HR specialists in full-cycle recruitment. Draft, publish and update job vacancies according to each department’s hiring needs. Screen resumes, call and invite candidates, arrange interview schedules and meeting rooms, track interview results, and maintain candidate ledgers. 2、Employee Onboarding & Resignation Management: Coordinate new employee onboarding, complete entry procedures, sign labor contracts, input information into HR systems and distribute office supplies. Assist with employee probation confirmation, job transfer and resignation procedures, file all HR documents and optimize employee archives. 3、Administrative & HR Support: Collect and verify daily attendance data, summarize abnormal attendance and report to relevant supervisors. Sort physical and electronic HR files including labor contracts, training materials and performance appraisal documents, and complete data entry, update and filing work. 4、Other Support Work: Complete ad-hoc HR tasks assigned by supervisors. Job Requirements: 1、Current undergraduate or above, all majors welcome. Sophomores to seniors are eligible. Internship duration shall be no less than 3 months; candidates available for long-term internship are preferred. 2、Basic knowledge of HR workflows and labor laws. Fluent in both Chinese and English. Prior HR internship experience is a plus. 3、Outgoing and detail-oriented, with good communication skills, affability and team spirit. Diligent, responsible and highly executable. 岗位职责: 1. 招聘模块:协助HR专员开展全流程招聘工作,根据各部门用人需求,编辑、发布及更新招聘岗位;筛选简历、电话邀约候选人、安排面试时间及会议室,同步跟进面试结果,做好候选人台账统计; 2. 员工入离职管理:负责新员工入职对接,办理入职手续、签订劳动合同、录入人事系统、发放办公物资;协助处理员工转正、调岗、离职等相关流程,归档各类人事资料,完善员工档案库。 3. 行政人事支持:负责员工考勤数据的日常统计、核对,汇总异常考勤并同步相关负责人,分类整理纸质及电子人事档案、劳动合同、培训资料、绩效考核文件等,完成资料录入、更新与归档; 4. 其他辅助工作:完成上级交办的其他人力资源相关临时性工作。 任职要求: 1. 本科及以上学历,专业不限,大二至大四学生均可,实习期不少于3个月,可长期实习优先; 2. 了解人力资源基础工作流程,劳动法基础常识,会讲中文、英文,有相关人事实习经验者优先; 3. 性格开朗细心,具备良好的沟通表达能力、亲和力及团队协作能力,对待工作认真负责,执行力强;
