As an HR Generalist, you are responsible for supporting the HR department by partnering with leaders and employees across the organization to deliver effective HR solutions. This role plays a key part in employee relations, HR systems administration, training support, and HR initiatives that align with TEN's business objectives.

$65,000-$70,000, based on experience

Specific responsibilities include:
Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, and offboarding
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in ADP workforce now (HRIS) and ensure data integrity
Support and administer employee training programs using Litmos, including reporting and tracking completion
Collaborate with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee changes
Assist with employee relations matters and support workplace investigations as required
Support HR initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts
Prepare HR reports and metrics to support business decision-making
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
A minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
Hands-on experience using ADP as an HRIS; experience with Litmos or a similar LMS is required
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
A team player who takes initiative and demonstrates a continuous learning mindset
