Responsibilities: Payroll: full process keeping (with external partner), Company policies: adjustment (if needed), implementation and guidance on Company processes upon request Preparation of Company papers (e.g. provision of updated JDs for each position, copies of employment documents upon request, etc.), People processes implementation (e.g. participation in Performance Review, Engagement survey, support of promotions, exit interviews etc) Talent Acquisition, Medical insurance management, Budgeting, Reporting, HR data bases keeping, Document flow, Participation in other HR projects Requirements: Experience as HR BP/HR Generalist - 3 and more years Experience in full talent acquisition process, medical insurance management, budgeting English level - Upper-Intermediate Negotiation skills, strategic thinking, agility, time management Conditions: Base salary + annual bonus Medical insurance Partial meal allowance Working with world famous brand in the team of professionals
