Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company's HR strategy aligned with business objectives. Partner with executive leadership to support organizational growth and business transformation. Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives. Build and strengthen the employer brand to attract top talent. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for key and executive positions. Design and manage performance management and appraisal systems. Develop succession planning and leadership development programs. Create and implement compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. Conduct salary benchmarking and labor market analysis. Manage annual salary review, bonus, and incentive programs. Drive employee engagement, retention, and corporate culture initiatives. Lead learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities. Develop HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes. Monitor and analyze HR KPIs, including turnover, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, retention, and employee engagement. Prepare HR reports and strategic recommendations for senior management. Develop and manage the HR department budget. Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team. Implement HR digitalization and HRIS solutions to improve operational efficiency. Drive organizational change management and transformation initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA or HR Management) is an advantage. 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience leading all core HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HR Operations. Strong knowledge of labor legislation and employment regulations. Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Proven experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. Strong understanding of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration. Experience managing HR budgets and controlling personnel costs. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership. Experience driving employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives. Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and KPIs to support decision-making. Experience implementing and optimizing HRIS and other HR technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong project management and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Advanced English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced) is preferred; additional languages are an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, 1C, BambooHR). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in multinational or rapidly growing organizations. Experience leading organizational transformation and digital HR projects. Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, HRCI, CIPD) is an advantage. Experience managing geographically distributed or international teams.
