Engagement type: Independent contractor services agreement — this is not employment Location: Remote, outside the United States Coverage window: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM — 6:00 PM EST (New York City, NY time) Compensation: Per qualified hire, plus monthly target bonuses 📌 About the engagement We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to source, qualify, and onboard CDL drivers for our growing fleet. You will operate as an independent contractor under a written contractor agreement. Strong Experience in recruiting is required — doesn’t have to be in the Trucking Industry. 📋 Scope of services Source and generate qualified CDL driver leads Conduct initial screening calls and interviews Verify driver qualifications — CDL, experience, location, work eligibility Guide candidates through the onboarding process Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline records Follow up with leads to improve conversion Coordinate with the company’s dispatch and safety functions Deliver against agreed weekly and monthly hiring targets Final hiring, rejection, and compensation decisions are made by the company. Your services are advisory and administrative in nature. 💰 Compensation $1200−1500+ based on results Paid monthly by bank transfer against the results delivered in the preceding month ✅ Qualifications Experience in recruiting at least 2 years Strong communication and persuasion skills Comfortable working to targets Organized and detail-oriented Experience with CRM systems or spreadsheets 🌐 Language Fluent English (required) Fluent Russian (required) Must be able to communicate with drivers in Russian and with the company in English 📊 KPIs (Performance Metrics) Number of qualified leads generated Number of drivers hired Conversion rate (lead → hired) 💻 Contractor requirements You provide your own laptop/PC, high-speed internet, and quiet working environment Registered as self-employed, sole proprietor, or business entity in your country of residence Responsible for your own taxes, social contributions, and local registrations Able to complete and sign IRS Form W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E Services performed from outside the United States Access to company recruiting systems is provided where necessary to deliver the services.
