This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and internal partners, ensuring accurate HR operations and a positive employee experience. Job Duties: Administer health & welfare plans (enrollments, changes, billing, issue resolution) Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities Maintain HRIS records (hires, transfers, terminations) with high accuracy Track recruiting data, reporting, and dashboards Support wellness programs and employee communications Ensure compliance with employment laws and reporting requirements Assist with HR projects, leave management, and NMLS as backup #RemedyHIjobs
