Job DescriptionJob Description Housing Manager Location: Lake Louise Join our team of hospitality professionals at our luxury resort properties, where you'll play a vital role in providing an exceptional guest experience. As our Housing Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our resort's accommodations, ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming stay. In this position, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: - Managing and maintaining the resort's housing facilities, including guest rooms, suites, and any on-site residential units - Coordinating and overseeing the resort's tour services, ensuring guests have access to exciting outdoor activities and experiences - Serving as a primary point of contact for guests, addressing any questions or concerns related to their accommodations - Collaborating with the resort's housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all housing facilities are well-maintained and meet our high standards - Assisting with the planning and execution of special events or group bookings that may require additional housing coordination To be successful in this role, you should have: - 1+ years of experience in a similar housing management or hospitality role - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of tour coordination and scheduling - Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices In return, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $26.40 and opportunities for career advancement.
