What you will be doing: As Housekeeping Supervisor at Carmen’s Group, you’ll help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest. Through thoughtful leadership, room inspections, and a strong focus on quality, you’ll support the team in upholding the high standards our guests expect. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching, and supporting the Housekeeping team Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards Updating schedules, task lists, and room assignments to reflect daily business needs Maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas Keeping housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment organized and stocked Protecting guest privacy and ensuring the security of guest belongings and hotel property Promoting a positive, collaborative team environment and supporting improvements Using sound judgment and completing other duties as needed to support hotel operations This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and a passion for helping guests feel at home. What Makes You Shine: 1–2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar hospitality environment; supervisory experience is an asset A keen eye for detail and pride in maintaining clean, well-presented spaces Friendly, professional communication and strong people skills Confidence training and encouraging team members Dependable and able to stay organized while balancing changing priorities Comfortable working independently and collaborating with others Able to handle cleaning products safely and follow workplace safety practices Available for daytime shifts, including weekends and holidays Clear criminal background check, with a strong commitment to guest privacy and property security is required We are Carmens Group—a proud Hamilton-born hospitality company with a mission to create extraordinary memories.
