JOB SUMMARY We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking seasonal part-time Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. In this role, you’ll help provide for the comfort of our guests by ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean and properly presented. As housekeeping room attendant you'll promote a positive image of the property to guests, and must be pleasant, friendly and able to address problems or special requests. Housekeeping room attendant duties include, but are not limited to: Stripping rooms of garbage and used linen and terry Making beds according to company standard Cleaning and disinfecting tubs, toilets and sinks Dusting furniture including, desk, dresser, television, armoire, wardrobe, etc. Stocking amenities and supplies in rooms Vacuuming and washing floors Cleaning mirrors and windows- Maintain an orderly cart and closet Complete deep cleaning/project cleaning/special assignments such as preventative maintenance and carpet stains. Assisting with laundry, and folding linens Any other duties as assigned Expectations of Role Prioritize room cleaning assignments in order to complete rooms in an efficient manner for guest satisfaction and to meet check-in deadlines. Maintain clean hallways, including vacuuming, cleaning mirrors and windows. Adhere to the Lost and Found Procedures and company policies and procedures as established by management. Ensuring all Health and Safety and Emergency Procedures and Practices are followed. Participate in team meeting.
