We have current opportunities to join our team as a housekeeper in the exciting hospitality industry. Housekeepers are responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways and public areas in the hotel. Responsibilities: Responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways and public areas in the hotel. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with guests, vendors, co-workers and management. Ensure guest satisfaction through a properly maintained property, guestrooms and by responding promptly and efficiently to all guest complaints and needs. Responsible for servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures. Responsible for stocking a cart with room supplies, replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies. Obtains list of vacant rooms which need to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective checkouts in order to prepare work assignments. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
