What you will be doing:
As a Housekeeper at Carmen’s Group, you’ll play an important role in creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for every guest. From maintaining guest rooms and public spaces to supporting event preparations, your attention to detail and commitment to excellence help deliver the exceptional experiences we’re known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
Cleaning and preparing guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and service spaces to company standards, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities
Ensuring hallways, lobbies, and shared spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming while reporting any maintenance concerns, damages, or safety issues promptly
Safely using cleaning products and equipment while following all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
Supporting banquet and event spaces with cleanliness and setup before and after events as needed
Communicating with the front desk and other departments to help meet guest needs and maintain smooth operations
Maintaining a positive, professional attitude while taking pride in creating a clean, safe, and memorable guest experience
Completing additional duties as assigned to support hotel and venue operations
This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a passion for cleanliness, and a desire to help create a welcoming experience where guests feel truly at home.
What Makes You Shine
1–2 years of housekeeping experience within a hotel or hospitality environment preferred
Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation
Friendly, professional, and approachable with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable working independently while also contributing positively as part of a team
Flexible availability to work during the daytime on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Ability to safely handle cleaning products while following proper health and safety procedures
Clean criminal background check and ability to uphold guest confidentiality and hotel security standards
